JGN Series Silica mortar for coke furnace

We practice the Chinese national standard of YB384-91 and accord to the Japanese new technology in this field to produce silica mortar for coke oven. Our main material is natural silica soil that contents 97% SiO₂ with desired granularity. The product performance is even better than Japanese silica mortar. we ever supplied this product to Mittal Steel South Africa project, Tata steel india project, Iran national steel project and Brazil coke oven project.

KS Series Silica mortar for coke furnace

In relation to the German standard of DIN1089, We developed the KS series product in cooperation with WISCO, use our material advantage—high content of SiO₂ (97%). The product chemical and physical performance is as good as the DIN1089 states. This KS series has been used to build the big size (7.63M) Coke oven. we ever supplied this product to Baosteel 7.63m coke oven project, An steel 7.63 coke oven project, Mittal Steel South Africa project, Tata steel india project, Iran national steel project and Brazil coke oven project.
